**WE SUPPORT** have a part time Outreach Support Worker role available to cover the wider Chester area.

The role will be to support 2 young adults with learning disabilities by encouraging them to go out in the area and to engage with the community, to accompany them to events and activities in the area and to support their hobbies and interests.

This is a very rewarding role supporting two lovely young adults.
- **The hours are as follows;**_

**Mon - Wed** 10am to 4pm = 18hrs - Adult A - Female

**Fri** 9.30am to 12.30am = 3hrs - Adult B - Male

**Total** - 21 hours per week.

There is also lots of opportunity to pick up overtime at any of our supported living services close by in Upton and Ellesmere Port but with no obligation to work over your set hours.

No experience is necessary, however applicants must be a driver with use of their own vehicle to be able to support this role please.

You will get 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and be enrolled in our pension scheme if eligible.
