**Your Role as a Customer Service Project Team Member**:
- Act as a ‘front-line’ of communication for customers interacting with the estate agency brands within the Connells Group
- Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times by carefully listening to all customers requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken at the earliest opportunity
- Liaising with local branches across the country to develop new business opportunities
- Book market appraisals, mortgage appointments and follow-up appointments for our estate agency branches
- Work on a variety of data sources in a test capacity.
- Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPI’s) at every opportunity

**Skills Required**:
- You will be able to demonstrate personal success within sales and/or customer services role.
- Organised, focused and the ability to multi-task when dealing with high volume and varying data types.
- Be able to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure
- Energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic with a desire to succeed in a very competitive industry/environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to deal confidently with clients and develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships both over the phone and face to face
- Able to adopt a flexible attitude to working hours as evening and weekend working will be required
- Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred
