Our Finance team are recruiting for Billing Assistant to join our team in Morley, Leeds. You will produce and issue accurate invoices to our clients in line with contractual agreements and resolve first line enquires. You will contribute to the maintenance of invoicing systems (mainly excel) to ensure alignment to changes in the billing data and client relationships.
**You will be accountable for**:
- Maintain records to ensure invoices are backed up and the detail is readily available in the event of challenge by clients.
- Set up of new international and domestic clients.
- Validate and prepare client trackers and bespoke client format documents in-line with SLA’s.
- International rate changes and tariff allocation to client accounts.
- Posting of international invoices to the ledger accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processing of credits requests on a daily basis.
- Support the weekly domestic invoicing runs.
To be successful in this role you will have experience managing workloads with tight deadlines. You will have excellent organisational, analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
You will also;
- Experience of using Open Accounts software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Microsoft Excel and office
