About the RoleVenn Group is recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant for a Private Company based in Morley.

This is a temporary to permanent role with a minimum of 12 weeks, offering £13.00 per hour including holiday pay for the first 12 weeks and a potential permanent salary range of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet Preparation: Ensure accurate financial records and reports are maintained.
  • Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Support: Collaborate with teams to manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
  • Raising Credits and Debits: Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monthly Duties Assistance: Provide support to the Accountant in maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
  • Billing Reports Generation: Produce and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
  • Asset Register Maintenance: Oversee the management and maintenance of company assets.
  • Prepayments and Accruals Management: Monitor and manage prepayments and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Accounts Assistant is essential.
  • Immediate start availability with minimal notice period is required.
