Express Recruitment are excited to be supporting a local law firm with their recruitment during an extremely exciting period of growth. Our reputable client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work in their Finance Team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Liaise with third parties and internal departments via telephone
- Process finance documents including invoices
- Arrange and co-ordinate refunds and overpayments from clients
- Use a bespoke database to enter accurate data

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working in an finance/accounts role
- Good attention to detail
- Strong professional communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office to include MS Excel
- Good organisation and analytical skills
