**Job description**

Job title - Helpdesk Coordinator

Duties/Tasks: Role - We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised enthusiastic individual to be part of our Service Helpdesk to assist in achieving excellent customer service to clients by proactively managing reactive callouts and servicing visits in an organized and professional manner. Scheduling work for a team of engineers. Full job specific training will be provided.

Daily Tasks:

- Co-coordinating engineers to ensure new calls are attended on time and re-visits attended in timely manner.
- Chasing all reactive open calls to ensure completion in allocated timescale
- Making sure correct paperwork is received from engineers
- Updating customer portals
- Provide customers with daily/weekly updates on open calls
- Working to achieve Customer KPI’S.
- Scheduling of planned maintenance works

BUPA, Life Cover, Sick Pay, 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays

/ Potential for Part time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Contract hours: 40 PCW / Part Time dependant on circumstances.
