**The Team & Focus of the Role**:
At Fisher German our people and clients are at the heart of what we do. Ensuring our fleet is proactively managed means our people can be where they need to be to deliver great client service.

We’re looking for our new Fleet Coordinator to join us on a temporary basis for 2-3 months and there may be an opportunity for the role to be made permanent however no guarantees can be made. This role would suit someone who has a high attention to detail, an ability to build great working relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers and who enjoys working for a forward-thinking business.

The role would be based from our Ashby de la Zouch office and would be Monday - Friday (8.45am - 5.15pm), however we’re open to discussing part-time arrangements for a minimum of 30 hours per week and we operate a hybrid working policy.

**Duties will include**:

- Maintaining fleet management records, ensuring all information is up to date
- Being the first point of contact for all driver enquiries
- Maintaining records of insurance and claims information in conjunction with insurance brokers
- Monitoring lease end dates and proactively managing the vehicle renewal process
- Liaising with drivers regarding vehicle renewals, obtaining quotes and processing orders whilst ensuring cost effectiveness and standards of service
- Process invoices relating to fleet
- Other administrative duties as required in support of the wider team
- Experience in a similar role
- Hands on approach, delivery focussed
- First class written and spoken communication skills
- Strong negotiation techniques
- A collaborative and cohesive approach to teamwork
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work appropriately
