Caretaker

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning of the factory and toilets and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises
- Helping the maintenance team if required
- Maintain outdoor areas, including car park and gardening
- Roof/gutter cleaning and repairs using a man safe harness
- Window cleaning
- Assist with setting up and arranging spaces for events, meetings, or other activities as needed
- Assist with waste management and recycling efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role is preferred but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for facilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
