Description

Tag is seeking a proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly driven Sustainability Coordinator Apprentice. You will also play a crucial role in executing end-to-end sustainability data collection processes and developing valuable client reports and relationships.
- AdGreen Collaboration: Collaborate with the AdGreen organisation to advance sustainability in the advertising industry and share best practices.
- AdNetZero Management: Manage Tag's commitments to the AdNetZero initiative, ensuring they meet or exceed all obligations.
- Platform Management: Manage the AdNetZero platform, ensuring its proper functionality and efficient use.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Understand and oversee the data collection process associated with the AdNetZero Calculator. Execute end-to-end sustainability data collection processes and create detailed carbon footprint reports for clients.
- Analysis: Conduct thorough report analysis related to the output reports, providing meaningful insights for continuous improvement.
- Client Relationships: Develop and nurture client relationships as necessary, focusing on their unique needs and Tag's sustainability initiatives.

**Ad Hoc Duties**:

- Sustainability Consultancy Services: Provide support for Tag's Sustainability Consultancy Services as needed.
- RFQ/RFI Support: Assist in managing client Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI) procedures when required.
- DiPlanet Support: Provide support for the development and integration of DiPlanet, Tag's proprietary sustainability data-capturing tool.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Industry Events and Workshops: Attend industry-related events and client workshops, representing Tag and enhancing their reputation in the industry.

Entry requirements
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.

Training to be provided

To meet the requirements of the Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:

- Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events
- 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
- Observing and shadowing colleagues
- Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio
