Job description
**The Role**

Having partnered **Takeda** an exciting life sciences client

We aspire to be a dynamic R&D organization that thinks, acts, and interacts with the external world like no other. They achieve this through an intense focus on the best science for those therapies that can deliver true innovation for patients.

**Working in the role you will be required to**:

- Work closely with team members to generate a go to market sourcing strategy, gather competitive intelligence, develop targeted sourcing environments, conduct research and create talent maps
- Stay current on market and/or functional trends and key developments
- Keep abreast of sourcing best practices (systems, tools, and processes) utilizing the internal tools and technologies.
- Follow recruitment process and procedures (internal & external)
Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal databases and client talent acquisition systems
- Leverage relevant social media and communications channels
**Specific accountabilities include**:

Able to conduct and document screening process, including resume pre-screening.

**Skills and Experience**
**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Proven experience within talent acquisition
- Creation of search strategy
- Self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong time management skills
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Quality focused and able to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
