- As a Multimedia Training Content Developer, you'll be at the forefront of crafting immersive learning experiences. From developing captivating 3D models to creating engaging course content, your work will shape the future of training. Dive into the world of AR/VR as you design multimedia content that brings learning to life like never before.**Responsibilities**:

- Bring instructional design scripts to life through multimedia course content.
- Innovate and captivate with course content using Adobe Captivate.
- Craft stunning graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite, elevating learning experiences.
- Design multimedia content tailored for AR/VR environments using 3D design tools such as Blender.

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- Experience in 3D and graphic design, video editing, preferably with the Adobe Creative Suite
- A knack for understanding user requirements and transforming them into digital brilliance.
- Understanding of eLearning authoring software (preferably Adobe Captivate)
- Master of visual storytelling, adept at communicating complex concepts through captivating visuals and animations.
- Design aficionado with an impeccable eye for detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for you
- Organised, pragmatic, and always hitting those deadlines.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Lockheed Martin UK - Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs.
