- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Assist clients in the buying, selling, or renting process
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Stay updated on market trends and property values
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage however if you have a customer service experience then this may be the new career opportunity for you
