We are currently recruiting Relief Support Practitioners to work in our Tulloch Hill and Bridge of Earn, Perth Housing Support Services. You will be supporting people who have complex needs on a 1:2:1 basis helping them to achieve their own goals and live fulfilling lives.

**About the role**

You will be supporting people in their own tenancies, helping assist them with cooking, cleaning, social activities, appointments and managing finances while ensuring they are safe and secure. You will be required to learn about each person you are supporting and the needs they have in order to ensure that quality care and attention is provided. The role will involve administering medication and providing personal care. Training and support will be provided and ongoing development opportunities to ensure you are adhering to Sense Scotland policies and procedures as well as taking the opportunity to learn different skills.
