Creative Workshop Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and super organised Workshop Coordinator to join our team at The Makers’ Space. The Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organising and ensuring the success of our extensive range of sewing and craft workshops at The Makers’ Space.
If you haven’t heard about us, the Makers’ Space is a vibrant craft and sewing community based at Longbarn Village, Alcester Heath. The Maker’s Space is housed in a collection of beautiful, listed Tudor buildings that lend themselves perfectly to all forms of creativity, from photography and videography to art and craft workshops, sewing classes, retreats, retail, and even a dog-friendly café. There is so much on offer
**In line with our brand ethos, your responsibilities will include**:
- Organising, planning, and overseeing all sewing and craft workshops held at The Makers’ Space.
- Loading and managing all workshop availability on the website.
- Achieving targets and goals set for the number and type of workshops held.
- Managing relationships with tutors and attendees.
- Working with the marketing team to promote all sewing and craft workshops.
- Coordinating workshop logistics including equipment required, setup, meet and greet and farewell.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful workshop events.
- Creating and managing the workshop P&L, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Acting as a point of contact for workshop attendees, dealing with queries, providing information and solving any problems.
- Gathering feedback from attendees to improve future workshops and to use as testimonials.
- Maintaining accurate records of workshop attendance, all costs and guest feedback.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
