We’re looking for a 3D Creative Lead who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, who can create bold and exciting concepts from briefs, deliver great creative outputs, and really get to grips with how immersive spaces work.

Ideally, you’ll have worked in an agency environment as a Senior 3D Designer for at least ten years and you’ll have a high level of strategic ideation and understand how to transform a brief into ideas and concepts. You’ll work with an eclectic mix of briefs, so you’ve got to be creatively agile and have a creative mind that can deliver solutions across a range of areas from exhibition stands to live event sets and spaces.

As previously stated, this is a new role within our creative team and you’ll be expected to push the boundaries, challenge convention and ‘Imagine differently’ to create amazing environments across a wide range of projects. This is a role for someone who is a creative first with strong ideation ability and who can then turn those designs into amazing visuals.

You’ll of course have the support of the wider team, and you will be working with the Design Director and Creative Director to help create the conceptual path for projects and then, working closely with the design director, lead the 3D team to deliver the required design elements.

On any given projects you will help lead a team of creatives so you will need the ability to not only manage your own work but be able to direct that of the other team members. You will be taking an active part in meetings and be expected to present your work to both internal events teams and, when required, to clients so you will be a confident presenter.

**Role Responsibility**
- Work closely with the Design and Creative Director to creatively challenge briefs and generate great ideas and concepts.
- Continually challenging the norm, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Develop bold ideas and creative concepts that speak to the required audience in response to agreed briefs and articulate clearly to internal clients for their review and agreement.
- Support the Design Director in ensuring the creative team delivers high-quality content based on agreed concepts - either using in-house capabilities and resources or freelancers when required.
- Help oversee the work of the Creative Team (inhouse and freelance) ensuring high quality creative on assigned projects and an adherence to client brand values and guidelines including our own.
- Providing support and guidance for colleagues.

**What’s essential**
- Demonstrable experience in a Creative Lead or equivalent role.
- Strong creative thinking and motivation in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Knowledge and proficiency in After Effects would also be advantageous.
- Creative flair, strong visual sense and exceptional attention-to-detail with strong typographic skills.
- Awareness of emerging creative trends and design technologies.
- Effective communication and written skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with a measured approach.
- Good team working skills, a keenness to be collaborative and as respectful to constructive criticism as when you are when giving it.
- To be able to develop high-end visuals using 3D Studio Max software.
