A front facing role with responsibility for building brand awareness, attending & organizing events & building sustainable relationships with Stakeholders.
The Job holder has responsibility for ensuring the service directory is updated to include all local services, new grant awards and new events supported by regular and targeted social media posts to drive engagement across the public & professionals resulting in an increase in referrals.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Build brand awareness of the AAASS measuring the performance of campaigns on a monthly basis to drive awareness & increase referrals
2. To ensure all marketing activities are in line with national & local autism related events
3. To manage the AAASS website to include a Blog of activities, data & events to promote interest & to propose & manage new events to generate project growth
4. Ensuring awareness of the referral process through all health related professionals, through targeted social media posts, events and stakeholder engagement
5. Provide efficient responsive Service Directory support to the AAASS Project for all entries to the Service Directory including events, promotion & services, managing the Service Directory updates daily & working closely with the AAASS team
6. Ensuring the AAASS Grant awardees project offer is clearly & concisely displayed to enable a clear referral process & supporting project interest - this will include regular reviews of categories to support easy navigation
7. Daily review of Autism Community & national events that should be promoted on the AAASS Service Directory
9. Take responsibility for the uploading of relevant Autism relevant information & ensuring that all details are kept updated
10. Provide responsive support on all levels to stakeholders and addressing any feedback to ensure co-production of services is maintained
11. Ensure we are increasing our following on all social media platforms and work with organizations from all sectors to promote the service
12. Responsibility for the AAASS newsletter providing details of new events and grant holder features
13. Make recommendations for continuous improvement to enable greater efficiency and effectiveness to further strengthen our system & process
14. Provide flexible support for the smooth running of the AAASS Project
15. Provide flexible support to the wider business as reasonably required, fulfilling occasional alternative duties as requested, so that expertise is deployed to meet business priorities at a level consistent with those outlined in this job description
OTHER
16. Some knowledge & experience of working in the Autism arena is recommended for this role but not essential
17. To contribute actively to team and departmental meetings as required
18.Competent with excel and use of data bases
19.To promote the charity in a positive and professional manner, acting as an ambassador for the charity
20.To provide management information, professional intelligence and other support to organisational staff and the Project Lead
