Role & Responsibilities
- Management of Compliance and Data Protection Team
- Ensure operational compliance and regulatory awareness e.g. SMCR
- Identify risks and mitigate where necessary
- Compliance SME for the Executive Leadership Team, Operational Leads and External Partners
- Contribute to the wider business strategy where applicable
