Regional HR Advisor

You will work collaboratively with all areas of the HR function to deliver an exceptional HR service to the business. Supporting the HR Business Partner in transformation change which includes restructures, TUPE and redundancy; ensuring a commercially focused approachto improve cost and efficiency. Lead employee relations/performance cases and work with Managers to ensure they are completed in a timely / professional manner through to resolution, minimising the cost to the organisation. Be proactive on any people relatedchange decisions and advise, coach, challenge and support Managers in their role of people related processes (e.g. performance management, personal & team development, career planning, talent, resource planning, customer engagement, colleague engagement etc)
- Relevant HR experience at an appropriate level in a diverse and fast paced organisation
- Knowledge and/or experience of employment legislation in particular TUPE regulations
- Excellent networking skills and stakeholder engagement skills
- Background in Facilities Management or similar
- Evidence of working successfully with central functions and cross divisional HR teams
