Your new company**
This is a great opportunity for a purchase ledger professional to join a busy and growing organisation close by to Bicester. This is a permanent, full time (40 hours pw) role, you will benefit from hybrid working but you must live within a commutable distanceto Bicester as you will be required to work in the office too.
**Your new role**
- Managing accounts payable ledger (including setting up new suppliers, maintaining accurate supplier details.)
- Processing high volume of Accounts Payable invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparation of supplier payment runs
- Supplier payment allocations
- Setting ad hoc payments on online banking
- Dealing with supplier and internal queries
- Coding bank transactions
- Updating Bank and Card trackers
- Processing company credit cards
- Assisting with month end process
- Other ad hoc Finance duties, assisting the team where necessary.

**What you'll need to succeed
**To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Working knowledge of Sage 50
- Good MS office skills in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive and methodical approach to tasks
- Enthusiastic and reliable
- Team player, happy to collaborate with team
- Previous finance experience within SME environment

**What you'll get in return**
This role offers a salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, with 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, hybrid working and competitive benefits.
