**About the Role**:
This isn't your run-of-the-mill job. As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be:

- Providing round-the-clock care and support to children
- Creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children
- Assisting with daily life skills and promoting independence
- Acting as a role model and mentor
- Collaborating with professionals in other social care sectors

- Experience in residential care (1 year) A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
- An ability to work shift patterns.
- Drivers Licence
- NVQ Level 3 (Children and Young People’s Workforce) would be an advantage but not a necessity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,600.00-£26,600.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southport, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- working with children in a residential setting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

- United Kingdom (required)
