Warranty Specialist

We are thrilled to be assisting a successful organisation based in Brighouse to find an experienced Warranty Specialist/Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis. This is a busy role which requires existing warranty experience:
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting the Aftersales Manager
- Liaising with vehicle manufacturers
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Submitting accurate warranty claims to the manufacturer
- Monitoring and appealing claims within the system as required
- Monitoring warranty reports
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring industry-led standards of processing/cost control efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
- Experience within the motor industry in a warranty role (essential)
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build excellent working relationships
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience in managing a busy workload and effectively juggling priorities
- Strong IT skills (Autoline/Kerridge ideally but not essential)
- Flexibility to work full-time each Monday to Friday in addition to alternate Saturday mornings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Brighouse: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
