You'll work across projects of varying complexity, expense and timeframesmeaning no one day may look the same. You'll be working closely with the IDT team to deliver all aspects of controls, including scheduling, forecasting, managing of teams and reporting to various commercial customers/clients

**What will I be doing?**

Using your skills and experience you will be responsible for providing the delivery of management, planning, documentation and processes for various projects within the business.

You will be responsible for:

- Monitoring and implementing of project design and improvement using project finances and reporting metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to other members of the PCP&R and wider Delivery Support function
- Contribute to the design and improvement of project support capability and process.
- Day-to-day management and control of purchasing, planning, documentation, processing, scheduling, forecasting and reporting within various projects.
- Providing project support to IDTs and other large and complex strategic programmes

**What do I need?**

You'll need experience in some of the following areas. The criteria would be desirable, but not essential:

- A degree of relevant certification would be highly desirable e.g:

- Project controls Competency Framework (Foundation) or
- APMP Introductory Certificate
- Years' experience working within a relevant field. There's flexible consideration to relevant experience
- Experience using systems such as MSP, PPM
- Up-to-date systems experience is highly desirable e.g. EpicFlow, SAP, MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Sharepoint are highly desirable.
- Experience of managing a team of professionals
- Goof organisational skills with the ability to prioritise activities to manage workload and pressure effectively
- Awareness of the project lifecycle and record keeping skills would also be highly desirable criteria
- A good understanding of project finances and reporting metrics
- Intermediate process management skills
