We have an exciting opportunity available for two experienced Security Officers to join our Customer Support Team based at the prestigious Three Snowhill offices in Birmingham City Centre, which is the largest five-star office development outside of London.We are passionate about providing our clients with a professional and impeccable service that can be relied upon so we are looking for people who can demonstrate the same values and the willingness to go above and beyond.
The site provides some exceptional benefits for employees such as an on-site gym, free underground parking, a sauna, shower facilities and excellent public transport links.
You will be covering the day shift on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern which will include some weekends.
**Main Duties**
Meeting and greeting visitors at the reception doors and working in a state of the art control room.
Issuing visitors passes to guests.
Notifying Managers of their guest's arrival in a timely manner and relaying any messages as appropriate.
Ensuring the security of the building to prevent unauthorised access to the main offices.
Providing visitors with excellent customer service e.g. - accurate directions to their destination, offering refreshments, assisting with baggage etc.
Any other reasonable request as required by management.
**To succeed in this role you will need the following**:
SIA SG or DS licence and First Aid training is essential
CCTV licence would be an advantage
Experience working in a corporate environment
