Our Marketing Team works in partnership with the business to help deliver the growth objectives of the Company. Our work includes insights, marketing planning and campaign delivery encompassing PR, communications, creative, digital and events.

Responsibility's
- Implement agreed digital marketing activities in collaboration with the team
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to content on the company website
- Improve the UX of the website to drive goal completions
- Implement our agreed social media strategy to drive engagement across all social platforms
- Utilise a range of digital techniques and tools including paid search, SEO and PPC to boost brand awareness and perception across all digital marketing channels
- Analyse performance of all digital content to make recommendations on digital marketing improvements
- Implement agreed technical updates across all digital channels
- Re-purpose published content across other digital channels to ensure longevity of campaigns and maximise visibility
- Shared project management of video and animation projects alongside our Design team
- Manage and develop our bulk mail system - including performance tracking and reporting
- Ensure digital best practice is applied to all BW digital platforms
- Work in collaboration with the wider Marketing Team to conduct activity and campaign reviews - feeding in digital recommendations to enhance future campaigns
- Support the review of new marketing technologies alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
- Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitor digital marketing content activities of our competitors
- Liaison with external digital suppliers (e.g. website development, SEO agency, video agency etc)
- Any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time.
