Job title: Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote with meetings at company premises in Amersham, UK
Contract: Permanent, 25 hours per week.

**Job Description - Marketing Executive**

You’ll be responsible for executing integrated digital marketing acquisition and retention campaigns that drive marketing efficiency and KPI targets.

**Social media management**

Monitor daily budget spend and performance, highlighting any activity that could have a positive or negative effect on marketing efficiency or other marketing performance metrics and making recommendations on actions.

Liaise with the Brand Manager on the Organic Social Calendar and post to increase engagement from social followers and therefore, our engagement rankings across social media platforms. Assist in responses to comments related to Big Green Smile on social media.

**Other**
- Upload blog content to CMS as required.
- Day-to-day management of affiliates/partnerships and commission approvals.
- Help the Marketing Manager to prepare marketing reports as required.
- Monitor and manage daily responses to Trust Pilot reviews and Facebook messages.
- Fully understand Big Green Smile’s sustainability strategy, goals & objectives and your role in achieving them.
- Be responsible for educating any direct reports on the sustainability strategy and support them with achieving their own sustainability KPIs’.

**Required skills/experience**
- Well-organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Good eye for detail and excellent written English.
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills.
- Open-minded and positive attitude.
- A creative thinker with copy writing experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
- Analytical mindset.
- Confident with reporting marketing performance.
- You are results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Basic Photoshop experience is useful but not essential.
