**Job Role**: Electronics Production Operative

**The Assembly Operative**

**Responsibilities included, but not limited to**:

- Electronic and Mechanical Assembly, following supplied Process Instructions and Build Instructions whilst ensuring required Production targets are met.
- Hand soldering, both surface mount and through hole.
- Electro-Mechanical Assembly.
- Understand and work to Assembly Drawings, Parts Lists, Process Specifications and Build Instructions.
- Being delivery-focused and work as part of a team in order to build products inline with company and customer demands.
- Manufacturing and working to ISO13485 Regulatory Quality standards.
- Completing appropriate build documentation relating to manufacturing and traceability.
- Completing ESD checks as appropriate.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Good levels of dexterity.
- Able to follow detailed written assembly instructions with limited supervision.
- Ability to hand solder both surface mount and through hole.
- Ability to perform Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Mechanical Assembly.
- Awareness of Quality systems.
- General IT skills.
- High level of reliability & Good time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Experience working in an ISO13485 environment, desirable but not essential.
- IPC-A-610 qualified, desirable but not essential.

**Hours and Pay range**:
, Permanent
- Salary: £20k - 25k dependent on skillset
- Key benefits - Onsite parking.
- Holiday - 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, + 1 additional day per year of service to 25days.
- Location: Alderbury

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
