Call Handlers are required for a thriving Crewe based company, with exponential growth plans for the next twelve months that you’ll play a huge part in.

Working on a hybrid basis, this is a real chance for a dedicated, professional and experienced call handler to work in a customer service role with a difference.

With a world class experience at the forefront of the company’s ethos, you’ll join a fab network of Call Handlers whose aim is to deliver an exceptional and professional service to customers spanning the breadth of the UK,

The Weekend Call Handler will
- Ensure the most professional and exceptional customer service as part of a wider team.
- Support with all customer queries, problems and schedules.
- Document and note down every interaction on sophisticated and bespoke systems.
- Process orders, complete forms and work towards best practice.

You’ll need to be experienced within customer service - within a contact or call centre - and will have a professional and empathetic nature.

You’ll
- Have a core understanding and passion for the best outcome customer service.
- Be an excellent listener with superior communication (both written and oral).
- Show an ability to handle sensitive calls and navigate potentially stressful calls and complaints.
- Demonstrate a strong motivation with the ability to work remotely with little supervision.
- Be accurate with a very strong attention to detail.
