**NIGHT SHIFT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / PERMANENT / FULL TIME / NORTHWICH / 8pm-8am - 3 nights on : 3 nights off**

RMG is growing and its 24/7 Customer Service Centre has exciting brand new opportunities for permanent Night Shift Contact Centre Advisors, based in Northwich working 8pm - 8am.

**The next start date for this role is Monday 7th August 2023.**

You must be able to between 8pm and 8am and be fluent in both written and spoken English, to be considered for these exciting opportunities

As a Customer Service Centre Advisor, you will join a friendly team of established and supportive Customer Services colleagues and become the voice of RMG.

You’ll be confident building rapport with our customers, answering a variety queries relating to their properties and accounts.

**We're looking for**
- First class customer service skills- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word- Able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately- Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
**What will I be doing during my night shift?**

**What hours will I be working?**

Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation to ensure we’re always available to respond to customer’s queries. You’ll be working 3 days on/3 days off working between 8pm and 8am.

**What are we looking for from you?**

Over and above anything else we’re looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is advantageous but if you have the right skills and attitude, we think you’ll go far and will provide all the training you need to develop your career in customer service.

It’s a given you will be a great communicator, be able to demonstrate empathy and be happy to go out of your way to help both customers and colleagues.
