SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Maternity Contract
Are you a qualified, passionate, and driven SEN HLTA, with a commitment to supporting students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) or ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions)? Have you got experience of HLTA work including planning activities and leading classes of children with Special Educational Needs? If you are able to offer resilient and confident support, effectively promote positive behaviours, and engage students in their own learning, we want to hear from you
The Role:
Working in a Primary SEN School
Long term HLTA contract
A mixture of classroom delivery and support
Working with children with ASC, MLD, and SEMH needsWhat we can offer:

Suitable Higher Level Teaching Assistant HLTA qualification
Experience supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Experience planning and leading classes of children with additional needs
Ability to foster self-relience and self-esteem amongst pupils with SEND
Dedication and resilience
