We are looking for a inspirational, highly motivated individual to join our friendly and experienced team in providing the highest quality care for the children in our care.

An essential part of the role will be to demonstrate a passion for the wellbeing and development of the children in the nursery and be extensive in your knowledge of the early years. Under the direction of management, you will be required to inspire a team of staff in line with the new Curriculum for Wales and support staff in creating thought provoking, child-led activities that meet the children’s needs. You will be required to support the team with observations and the daily routine ensuring children are cared for in a holistic environment where the children and grow in confidence and independence. Not only for school, but for life.
- NVQ Level 5 qualification (desirable or L3 and willing to work towards L5)
- Minimum three years baby room experience
- Excellent communication skills with children, staff, and parents
- Knowledge of the new curriculum
- A clear understanding of Safeguarding and Health and Safety
