**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and proposals
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and materials
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of products and services to customers
- Ensure that the office runs smoothly by ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities
- Manage communication with vendors and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with invoicing and payment processing
- Degree in business administration or event management is preferred but not essential, marketing, or a related field

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Telford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
