The Clinical Operations Resource Specialist is accountable for supporting activities related to Clinical Trial planning and maintenance in the Project and Resource Management System (MyTRIAL Planisware, later MyTRIAL PLW). Provides business and technical support for the GSSO Line Managers in Resource Demand Forecast related questions in MyTRIAL PLW Tool.

THE ROLE
- Relied upon to support the Project Teams for keeping the key resource demand drivers up-to-date in the MyTRIAL PLW by generating, analyzing and sharing regular reports (recognize discrepancies in volume, milestone, operational flags, method of forecast etc.)
- Regularly reviews the resource demand drivers in the MyTRIAL PLW for correctness and completeness as well as performs and report gap analysis using available source information.
- Interact with GSSO Line Managers and Functional Line Leads to answer Resource Demand Forecast related questions in the MyTRIAL PLW tool.
- Support the creation of regular resource demand reports to GSSO LT/ELT from MyTRIAL PLW.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the MyTRIAL PLW Tool technically.
- Work with GSSO leaders to ensure resource capacity and allocation to projects is up to date in appropriate tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- School diploma/certificate or equivalent combination of education, training and experience; BS/BA or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or economic filed preferred.
- Showcase relevant experience in resource management (forecasting, resource assignment, resource analyses and reporting)
- experience in clinical trial management is advantage (knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and regulations, e.g. ICH/GCP, EMA, FDA, etc )
- Must be fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Comprehend the quality expectations and emphasis on right first time.
- Demonstrate compliance with all applicable company, regulatory and country requirements. Attention to detail evident in a disciplined approach to document review, adherence to SOPs, metrics, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to organize tasks, time and priorities, ability to multi-task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues inside the organization

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Required to support multi-national team members, and flexibility in working hours across different time zones may be needed occasionally.

Reports to the GSSO Operations and Business Group Lead.

Partners across Global Site and Study Operations roles, and other CD&O roles or CRO equivalent roles as needed.
