Macildowie are pleased to working alongside a fantastic business in Long Eaton to recruit additions to their **Customer Service** team as **Claim Handler**.

This is a **full-time**, **temp** to **permanent** opportunity (3 months temporary).

There are 3 different vacancies for this business, all with different shift patterns as follows:
**Weekends (Remote)**:07:00 - 21:00 (20 hours per week)
**4 Days On/4 Days Off (Office)**:07:00 - 17:30
**Week Days (Hybrid)**:07:00 - 17:30 (week 1/office) alternate 10:30 - 21:00 (week 2/remote)

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Ensure all claims are logged and resolved within the business target time.
- Provide accurate and appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure full resolution.
- Maintain all records of customer interactions, process accounts and file all required documentation.
