Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for temporary work in Bradford? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Your duties will include assessing patients' needs, creating care plans, administering medication, and providing therapeutic interventions.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This will involve liaising with doctors, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans and support patients' recovery.

During your shifts, you will be expected to provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are met. This may involve conducting risk assessments, de-escalating challenging situations, and promoting positive mental health and well-being.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to engage with patients, families, and colleagues on a daily basis. You must be able to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of mental health conditions and the impact they can have on individuals' lives. You should be able to recognize signs of distress and provide appropriate support and interventions to help patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

This temporary position offers a competitive payment rate of £200 per shift, paid on a PAYE basis. The shifts will run from 07:30 to 20:00, providing you with the opportunity to work full days and make a real difference to the lives of those in need of mental health support.
