We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our E-Commerce Team at RKW. As the E-Commerce Executive, you work with the Head of E-Commerce & The Category Supervisor, in executing the channel's digital strategy across RKW’s retail e-commerce account base.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Track and load NEW products for e-Commerce accounts.
- Work cross functionally with Buying & Marketing department, to create e-Commerce led, best in class content.
- Upload images and content for e-Commerce accounts.
- Content audit management: regularly review site content across full RKW catalogue. Brief changes into marketing department.
- Competitive benchmarking.
- Keyword optimisation management.
- Submit and manage internal requests for A+ Detail Content - Liaise with Account Manager & Marketing to ensure completion deadlines are achieved.
- Enrol ASINs into customer initiative programs & track accordingly.
- Track and monitor all workflow process & communicate daily with the Content Supervisor and ad-hoc to the Head of eCommerce.
- **Skills and Desirables**_
- 1-2 years of clerical/general office experience in a sales environment. Preferably with Amazon/Online experience (although this is not essential).
- An understanding of internet-related technologies and best practices.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross functional team environment.
- Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to understand data.
