- KS-1333Are you ready for a unique opportunity to get involved at the heart of Harper Adams University, contributing to its success and impact on higher education? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Executive Officer for the Vice-Chancellor.

In this role, you will be expected to:
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Vice-Chancellor, including diary management, overseeing communication, and coordinating events;
Support the wider Executive Office, promoting an inclusive and collaborative working culture between assistants supporting direct reports to the Vice-Chancellor;
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure seamless operations between the two offices.

Proven experience in executive support or a related role;
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
Excellent organisation and time management abilities;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
