Job Overview:
We are seeking a Support Associate to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals with special needs, including toddlers and those with autism. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others and contribute to their development and well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with individuals with special needs, their families, and other team members
- Provide care and support to toddlers and children with special needs
- Assist in implementing educational programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care and education
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with special needs
- Help individuals develop social skills, communication abilities, and independence
- Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and any concerns or incidents
- Support individuals during daily activities, including mealtime, personal hygiene, and recreational activities

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or autism
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and techniques
- Understanding of special education principles and strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying abilities
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with special needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
