Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for Sushi Makers for our store in Grays Inn (London, WC1X 8EW).

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for Sushi Makers skilled in handmade rolls, ready to join our growing family. You will need to be passionate about food and customer service and a great team player. We are looking for a sushi maker who is organised who can work well under pressure. Great sense of humour and good energy is a key
You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.

**The right sushi maker will have**:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to follow recipes and create dishes according to specification.
- Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
- Familiar with day-to day duties including food preparation, operating fryers, monitoring cooking processes, assembling dishes, cleaning etc.
- Able to work within a team, as well as independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
