**Sushi Shop Battersea **currently is seeking for a **Sushi Chef** for our new location at **142 Northcote Road SW11 6RD **the nearest tube station is **Clapham Junction** or **Clapham South.**

**What we are expecting**:

- At least 1 year of working with Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
- Fish cutting experience for different forms of sushi (Big plus if you know how to cut fish like a pro)
- Adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
- Maintaining all station’s equipment in safe working condition
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Minimising food waste
- Ability to work on weekend

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.50-£16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sushi Making: 2 years (required)
- Kitchen experience: 2 years (required)
