**National General Sales ManagerPosition Overview**
- Development of key sectors growth incorporating sales strategies and action plans
- Account development and management-managing existing business alongside the Sales team
- Maintaining and developing existing key customers
- Key account management & key account new business
- Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts
- Increasing market awareness of the total product portfolio
- Assisting with planning budgets, sales volume, values, product mix and time scales
- Attending and presenting at campaigns and key trade shows
- Travelling to customer meetings to build strong relationship
- Monthly reporting, forecasting and sales analysis
- Planning by account to maximise all sales opportunities
- Assisting and mentoring existing sales team as and where required

**National General Sales ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Previous experience in a Sales management role is essential
- Previous experience in the Power Rental sector is essential
- A proven Sales record is essential
- Knowledge and experience across the entire sales life cycle (new business, Key account management, etc.) is essential
- Any Load bank, Datacentre, FM, Rental Sales experience would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Prepared to travel throughout the UK and Europe with the role

**National General Sales ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 5:30
- 33 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
- Company Bonus scheme
- Car Allowance
- Pension
