We are a small wholesale company based in Harrow Middlesex that has been established for over 30 years supplying to the bar, restaurant and hospitality industry and have expanded our customer base to internet shopping.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join our friendly, professional and busy team. Your will need to be an accomplished sales administrator with a proven track record and have at least five years experience in this field.

**Requirements for role**

You will need to have a excellent track record in Sales Administration.

You will need to be well organised and capable of prioritising on a daily basis.

You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will need to be adaptable and confident on taking on a busy workload.

You will need to have excellent knowledge and experience on Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Accounts or a similar package.

You will need excellent typing and data entry skills.

**The role**

Work with sales team and provide the necessary administration support.

Answering telephone, taking orders, dealing with enquires and responding to queries promptly.

Sales order processing, generating invoices, providing quotations.

Processing internet orders and processing payments.

Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

Liaising with both customers and suppliers.

Manage key accounts.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middlesex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
