**Some of your duties will include**:

- Providing all-round legal and administrative support for team of fee earners
- Dealing with all aspects of legal work relating to the sale of new build properties
- Setting up new case files on system and updating as sale progresses
- Managing incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients, Estate Agents and other solicitors
- Collating legal documentation including completing the required compliance checks
- Preparing a wide range of legal documentation and general correspondence
