Are you an experienced** Store person or Materials Controller** looking for a new opportunity? Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment project within the Social Housing sector in Northampton area, starting immediately.

**Main Objectives of the role**:

- Receive and unpack material deliveries
- Check deliveries for discrepancies and damages, reporting them through our software
- Load/offload materials for transport
- Transport materials manually or using pallet trucks
- Dispose of waste materials safely, following HSE regulations
- Manage stock and conduct monthly inventories
- Maintain accurate records of materials issued
- Collaborate with the site team to deliver services in line with contract requirements and company policies

- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Prioritisation skills and flexibility to meet commitments and deadlines
- Organised with excellent administration skills

**Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these, if required)**:

- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Manual Handling Training
