The Role: A Food and Beverage Supervisor is required to lead by example and influence teams to deliver exceptional service across all areas. Ensuring customer safety and satisfaction is paramount.
About You:
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- You must be enthusiastic and proactive.
- Prior food and beverage experience is desirable.
Your Duties:
- Deliver an entertaining experience for customers.
- Train new and existing crew members on site operations.
- Manage administration tasks such as stock control and rotas.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve and exceed profitability levels.
