We are currently recruiting for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a Primary School in the heart of Canford Heath, Poole. In this role, you will work closely with children aged 5-12 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), providing them with the individualised support and guidance they need to thrive academically and socially.

**Role details**:

- Full time (Monday to Friday 08:45 - 16:05/16:30)
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
- Immediate Start from 16th April 2024
- £85 - £95 per day (term time only)

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, supporting children with their learning and development, and promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation. You will work closely with the school's SENCO and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

You will be patient, compassionate, and resilient, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
