The insights and data you collate will bring compelling conclusions to life and will drive strategic decisions and help shape the future direction of our organisation.

**Purpose**

Reporting into the Head of Service Development as the Business and Performance Analyst, your role will support our Sales, Customer Services, Curriculum, Product Specialist and Marketing teams, by providing valuable data insights to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

**What will you be doing?**
- Working across a newly combined Directorate you will have the influence and reach to produce trustworthy reporting, presented in an innovative way to help drive decisions and actions.

You will develop and maintain strong working relationships within Customer and Product, collaborating with different teams to understand their data needs and practically supporting them with tactical and strategic decision making.

You will ensure your stakeholders have a rich understanding of current performance in key areas and spot the places where we need to improve. You will be quick to learn the environment you work in, to be able to provide ad-hoc and proactive insights and play a key role in driving performance.

We'd like you to be able to practically pull the right data, manipulate it, help us visualise it in an engaging way, creating clear actionable insights for teams to use.

**To be successful in this role**
- You will be comfortable, innovative and proactive in the use of a variety of Reporting tools including Power BI and similar systems. You'll have strong Excel skills too - and able to tell a story with the data
- Create and utilise dashboards that contain complex information that internal customers can interpret and enable them to take positive action.
- Be comfortable working with large datasets with an eye for detail and feeling empowered to innovate.
- Analytical experience of sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
- Embrace and advocate for business process optimisation.
