ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Resort Director,, the People Support Team Member will work directly supporting the ‘Resort Director’ with the ability to support the ‘People Support Team’ across all areas of the HR department as needed.
The purpose of the role is to provide assistance to the Resort Director (RD) on a day-to-day basis and support the HR function as required to deliver the highest standards of service to achieve an exceptional experience for every team member.

SUPPORT - PA TO THE RESORT DIRECTOR
- Manages RD’s diary - booking appointments, scheduling meetings, and setting reminders as needed
- Completes any administration tasks given by RD, for example: typing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence
- Supports the RD by compiling and preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Supports the RD in the organisation of key resort events
- Plans & sources requirements for meetings and sets up meeting spaces for the RD
- Attends and documents meetings as directed by the RD, ensuring meeting contents are strictly confidential
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with Senior Leaders, Hemel Support and Resort Teams
- Communicating effectively and confidently to a wide range of people (including Leaders, Hemel Support and People Teams)
- Liaises with Team, suppliers, and external clients/visitors
- Works under pressure and in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met
- Complete any project work given by Resort Director or People Partner.
- Arranges travel and accommodation as required
- Provides above support to the General Manager (GM) as required

SUPPORT - HR
- Reports to the Head of People and completes tasks given by the People Partner
- Attends and participates in HR team meetings & HR Leaders Meetings to understand the departments goals and support needed
- Supports People Partner to implement the People Plan across resort, working with RD & other Team to achieve this

COMPLIANCE
- Adherence to all related legal requirements including GDPR regulations
- To ensure all necessary company paperwork is completed in line with internal and external policies and procedures
- To keep up to date with business changes and work with the People Partner to implement them
- Completing Health & Safety Checks and Paperwork
- Supports the L&D Manager to ensure compliance training is completed across Resort.
