**Customer Service Administrator**
Environmental Waste Management Ltd
**Job Function**
- Act as liaison between customers and service department by communicating with and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Liaising with drivers, various office departments and customers.
**Customer service responsibilities**
- Offering customer support via both incoming and outgoing call handling
- Updating client accounts via in-house CRM system
- Answering incoming calls and managing all account incoming calls professionally and promptly.
- Monitoring Internal orders inbox
- Performing administrative support functions; providing general administrative support, to prepare correspondence and documents.
- Processing customer correspondence
- Working in conjunction with the Logistics Department.
- Working with waste management requests on a daily basis.
- Co-operating with employers and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal requirements.

- Applicant must hold a valid FULL UK Driving License, this is due to the location of the workplace - We are based CM16 6PQ, 5 mins from the M11 Harlow Roundabout,
**Hours and Benefits**
- The hours are 9hr shifts, 1 hr lunch
- On the job training working closely with the Management and other administrators
- Career progression as the company expands.
- 20 days Holiday a year + Bank Holidays
**Experience**:
Customer Service/Admin: 1 year (required)

- Day shift (8am-5pm) but some flexibility required as office is open from 7am - 6pm
