**Revenue Accountant - Hybrid - Full Time - Permanent - £45,000 Per Annum**

We are working with a prestigious Legal representative body to help them find a Revenue Accountant to join their Small and Friendly Central London team. They are offering a fantastic flexible working schedule and are requiring attendance in the office foronly one day a week.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s daily cashbook accounting activities for the main income account, and all nominated designated group bank accounts are reconciled as outlined in the Finance departmentprocess documents. Responsible for ensuring the cash received is correctly posted to the CRM or Sales Ledger as appropriate.

**General Responsibilities**
- To monitor and accurately process bank and cash transactions daily for designated group bank accounts.
- Process bank payments and fee refunds using the online banking system and credit card portal in accordance with the bank mandate.
- To ensure the bank accounts are reconciled to the nominal ledger on a daily basis.
- To ensure the sales ledger control account is monitored and reconciled in a timely manner.
- Provide cash-flow information to assist forecasting on a weekly basis and report cash receipts daily.
- To be responsible for processing transaction relating to the CRM and sales ledger as required.
- To ensure that sales ledger invoices or credit notes are issued in a timely fashion to meet stated deadlines.
- Undertake credit control for the sales ledger and CRM to ensure Group debt is kept to a minimum.
- Responsible for a designated number of balance sheet reconciliations for completion to stated deadlines.
- Support Finance Business Partner’s analysis of profit and loss account as required.
- Support and prepare small entity accounts on a quarterly basis.
- Support annual audit process.
