**Job Description: Spares Co-ordinator**
**Mission**
The Spares Co-Ordinator is responsible for the organization and provision of after sales spares in line with customer requirements. The post holder will work with the Service Manager and other departments as necessary to ensure requests are dealt with quickly and accurately.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a spares service for customers with regards to LNS bar feeders, conveyors and other company products, liaising with engineering and sales departments as necessary
- Ensure cost effectiveness within area of own responsibility with due regard to customer satisfaction
- Deal with and progress all spares enquiries, including:
- Establishing precise customer requirements/identification of parts
- Advising Internal Sales of any information/problems to be communicated to customer
- Stock picking and shipment/package preparation correct to picking list for spares orders
- Work to sales order schedule to ensure order ship on time, in full.
- Prepare shipping labels (in third party courier system) ensuring accuracy of information
- Use of forklift truck to move, load and unload shipments as required
- Maintain a record of quality problems, ensuring timely investigation, resolution and prevention of recurrent.
- Assist with the return from customer or warranty/other parts that have failed (using Return Authorisation or other designated process).
- Timely submission of relevant documentation, such as service and time sheets, accurately completed.
- Attend training as required by the Company
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all company matters such as customers, suppliers, finances, manufacturing, products and designs.
- At all times present the professional image the company strives to maintain, ensuring you act as an ambassador for the Company.
- All duties to be carried out utilising safe working methods and appropriate PPE, with due regard to the Health and Safety, COSHH and other relevant legislation.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
